I absolutely love writing Prickernelious’ dialogue, but I often forget to leave enough space in the panel for all his windbag pontificating. I’m hoping that writing this will help me remember.

I know a bunch of people (and one cat) with birthdays right around this time, so this one is for all of you folks.

I must geek out over the Avengers movie for a second. Having seen and enjoyed much of Joss Whedon’s work in the past, I was excited and my expectations were high (which usually is bad, because movies don’t often deliver). This movie exceeded my expectations, so good. From this I hope that movie execs learn to let comic people make comic movies.

We just got back from the first day of MoccaFest. Very tired, going to bed shortly, but first… a double dose of Consciousness Deluxe! A new Prickernelious has been drawn & inked and is just sitting waiting to be scanned and colored (for about a week now). Its been nuts getting ready for this show, but I’ll post it very soon. In the meantime, enjoy this stuff!
Oh, we’re table H14 in case you’re in NYC tomorrow and want to stop by the armory and see us. Now to sleep.

I hope you are having a lovely evening. Things here are good, busy but good. Less than two weeks until MoccaFest, so I’m getting everything ready for that. If you’re in the New York City area on April 28-29, you should stop by and say hello. Here is the info. I’m not sure what my table number is yet, but I’ll keep you posted.
